What is the service call fee?
The service call fee covers the technician’s visit to diagnose your appliance and provide you with a written repair estimate. This fee will be credited toward your total invoice if you decide to move forward with the repair.
How much is the service call fee?
We charge Service Call Fee in amount $95.00 for any residential appliance. If you have more then one appliance at the same household then Service Call Fee for the first appliance will be $95.00 and for each additional appliance – $50.00.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes, we offer a 5-year warranty on parts and a 30-day warranty on labor.
Do technicians carry parts with them?
Yes, our technicians typically carry parts, enabling us to complete most repairs on the same day.
How will I know when the technician is arriving?
We’ll give you a 2-3 hour window, along with a 15-30 minute notice before the technician arrives.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
Our technicians will assess the situation and help you decide whether repairing or replacing your appliance is the best option.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and cash for payment.
What are your business hours?
We’re available Monday-Saturday, 8 AM to 9 PM, and offer emergency services at no extra charge.
Do you buy or sell used appliances?
No, we specialize solely in appliance repairs.
Can you install parts I buy online?
We only install factory-certified parts to ensure the quality and safety of your appliance.
How long will my repair take?
Most repairs are completed the same day, but it can vary depending on the issue and parts availability.
